The following images were made at a CPR concert at the New England Aquarium in Boston, MA on July 2, 1998.  I used a Nikon FG camera with a Vivitar Series 1 70-210mm zoom lens; thinking it rude to use a flash, I relied on Kodak PMZ 1000 ASA to pleasing and somewhat surprising effect.  Boring lighting consisting of a lone, overhead lamp aimed at Crosby left guitarist Jeff Pevar and keyboardist James Raymond somewhat in the dark--thus the following preponderance of Crosby photos, which I hope you won't mind.  If you like, you may download photos for personal use only, and this providing you credit Ernie Osborne as the photographer.  Enjoy, Ernie.

Crosby and CPR entered the stage area to a standing ovation to the sold-out show of 1,100, benefiting the New England Aquarium in Boston, MA.

Clad in their best black-and-whites, penguins honked the bands praises from the moat between the giant aquarium in the building's center and the periphery which hosted the sound-stage.

Here, Crosby and son James Raymond harmonize beautifully on Raymond's song "One For Every Moment", a highlight of the show.

Crosby often gazed amazedly at Jeff Pevar's guitar virtuosity.

With an already stunning career including two Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame inductions, Crosby made it quite clear both that he's not finished singing and why he's considered to be one of the most powerful vocalists in rock n' roll.

Multi-talented Jeff Pevar joins Crosby in classy vocal harmony.

Watching from the side, Jan Crosby cradles son Django, and points out perhaps a familiar face...

My favorite of the evening's images.
